Silicon Motion to Unveil Next-Gen AI Storage at COMPUTEX 2026

Silicon Motion Technology Corporation will showcase a range of storage controllers and embedded storage products for AI, enterprise, edge computing, and automotive applications at COMPUTEX 2026.

The company said its exhibit will focus on storage technologies designed for Edge AI, AI infrastructure, and automotive systems.

Among the products being demonstrated are the SM2524XT PCIe Gen5 DRAMless SSD controller, the SM2504XT SSD controller, and the SM2508 PCIe Gen5 SSD controller for AI PCs and edge AI systems.

For embedded and mobile devices, Silicon Motion will present the SM2755 UFS 4.1 controller and the SM2738 eMMC 5.1 controller, aimed at smartphones and edge AI devices.

The company will also showcase enterprise SSD controllers for AI data center and AI infrastructure workloads, including the PCIe Gen6 SM8466 controller, the PCIe Gen5 SM8366 controller, and the SM8388 controller for nearline SSD applications.

Additional products on display include enterprise NVMe boot drive solutions intended for AI servers, networking systems, and data center infrastructure.

In the automotive segment, Silicon Motion will demonstrate its Ferri storage solutions for intelligent vehicles and autonomous systems. The products support industry standards including AEC-Q100, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and ASPICE.

COMPUTEX 2026 will take place in Taipei from June 2 to June 5.
